We are limited to 4 exam rooms and may not be present during your fur baby exam. If you would prefer to be roomed with your pet, please let us know. This may delay appointment time in order to wait for a room to become available.

Cancellation Policy
Our appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Missed appointments, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows will incur a fee of $25.00.
If you miss more than 3 appointments without notice, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $65.00.
If you need to cancel an appointment for an Ultrasound or Echocardiogram, we require a 48-hour phone call cancelation notice; otherwise, $180 will be deducted from your deposit.

We had to take our dog for a drop in appointment after he injured himself on the weekend. The team was compassionate and professional. Since we are in COVID, we weren’t able to accompany our Bodie into the vet but they helped us get him and met with us at the car to explain all the things that needed to happen. When we came to pick him up, they made sure I was clear about rehab and answered all my questions. Wish I’d had pet insurance but that’s not their fault.

The price of treatment was very reasonable, and I received instructions on how to care for HR after surgery. This is a great place!
