My dog was really really sick this morning and unable to hold down water which was scary. I called three other vet offices and they were all booked and didn’t even try to help me. The woman who answered the phone at Animal Hospital was extremely kind and helpful from the get go. They were also fully booked but listened to me and took my concerns seriously and let us come in as an emergency visit. My husband took our dog and said every staff member that interacted with him was very kind and patient with our very nervous and scared dog. They have a great setup for Covid service and have you wait in your car at the curb and they come out to you for everything. Our dog is a rescue and is honestly a handful but they were so nice and understanding with him. It was a really expensive visit but it was worth it to get our little pup feeling better. We will be leaving our previous vet who let us down today and having Animal Hospital take over our dog’s care. Highly recommend them!

We had to take our dog for a drop in appointment after he injured himself on the weekend. The team was compassionate and professional. Since we are in COVID, we weren’t able to accompany our Bodie into the vet but they helped us get him and met with us at the car to explain all the things that needed to happen. When we came to pick him up, they made sure I was clear about rehab and answered all my questions. Wish I’d had pet insurance but that’s not their fault.

I have been coming here for years. They have seen ALL of my pets and have done a wonderful job getting them through the unexpected. Lisa Stoops and staff have always been compassionate and understanding for my family’ s needs (including the furry ones!). It’s amazing they can provide this level of service at a competitive price. I would highly recommend them for any pet care you need.

My wife and I have been bringing our cat here since 2009 and never had anything but positive experiences. The Vet Techs and Veterinarians are great with our furbaby, respectful to us, and very responsive to any questions my wife or I have.

My dog’s paw was badly injured, and I had to call six vets
before I found this jewel of an animal hospital to see her. My dog was seen within 30 minutes of my call. (As fast as I could get there.) The price of treatment was very reasonable, and I received instructions on how to care for HR after surgery. This is a great place!

My wife has been going to this group of veterinarians for longer than I have known her. When I moved to the Lodi area, it was only logical that I started taking my cat there. I am very opinionated when it comes to my animals’ care, so quality is most important to me, rather than price. I have nothing negative to share about this animal hospital. Dr. Stoops had to put my cat down a few years ago, and she was extremely caring and understanding during the entire process. Even now that my wife and I live in the Monterey County area, we prefer to drive ~200 miles to have them take care of our animals, when we can. Dr. Stoops and Castelanelli have been doing veterinary care for a very long time, and it is well deserved in my opinion. I know quite a few people in the Lodi and surrounding areas, and they share my opinion. I will keep coming back as long as I can.
